I can only report positive things. An appointment online for 4:40 p.m. was easily arranged. At 4:42 p.m. called by a very nice employee and accompanied by the application for the new CIE. Everything was done within 15 minutes. There was even a little time for a quick chat about life in a foreign country. So for me everything was great! Even in Corona times. Many Thanks!

Better not to make judgments, they are just bad. Do something to improve every service and ways to serve your compatriots. Waiting outside The building is not an edifying example for the people who host us.
In English: online system is bad and there is not too many dates available. Information emails are also bad depending what you ask. But, had my ID and passport ready in less than 1:30hrs. Choose an early appointment, arrive early, be friendly and bring all the documents needed and that maybe will be needed. Any problem during the process smile and be nice and they will try to fix. Loved the service today, Grazie mille!
Disorganized and unprofessional. I went to renovate my passport early in the morning. Waited for a really long time then asked twice if they forgot me. They told me to wait several times. At the end I was the last one there, they had turned the lights off and someone was going to lock the door. HOW is it possible that I was completely ignored and forgoten??? Am I invisible?? I am ashamed of being italian. Negative stars.
